Unlike many of our competitors, this is not solely an online form filling service, we will speak to you.

 

Vida Estate Planning are members of Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation and our member code stipulates that we know our client. This ensures that we know who we are speaking to and that they are not under any undue influence. This is extremely important when making a Will as on death, people may want to contest the documents. By confirming that you are not being influenced, we can help ensure your estate goes to where you stipulate.

The process is very simple...

• You make a purchase

• We'll then organise a time and date to contact you (this will be via a video feed such as teams, WhatsApp etc.. or a phone call)

• We'll then have a clear understanding of your Estate and how you want to settle it

• Once we have finalised the instruction, you will receive a summary to confirm spellings and the people named

• When you are happy, the documents are sent out in the post once the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed (this starts from the date of the payment)
