Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the service within 14 days. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you make a payment for your document. If you cancel, we will refund the payment you made for the specific service.

You will receive a summary of your Will during the 14 days, this ensures that any errors can be rectified and that your final Will documents are correct.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund payment for any documents that have been sent in the post, unless they have been damaged, opened or corrupted in some other way. If you have received damaged documents and would like a refund, please contact us.
